Global Solutions is a full-service development company. Each of our projects goes through detailed legal, technical and financial due diligence. Risks are carefully assessed and managed. We seek to bring innovation into each of our projects.  We study world’s best practices and monitor recent trends on world real estate markets.

 

Global Solutions offers a wide range of attractive business opportunities on Kyiv real estate market. We are interested to create strategic alliances with private/institutional investors as well as development companies in order to utilize existing market potential.

 

Acting as an investor for some of our own projects, we are also looking for financing in forms of:

 

  • Loans from Ukrainian and foreign banks
  • Venture capital,
  • Project financing,
  • Equity investment, etc.

 

IRR of our projects in commercial property is 30-35%, while industry average varies in the range of 22-25%.

Cottage village “Vitberg” sale transaction is completed
The project has been sold by Global Solutions to Dragon Ukrainian Properties and Development. Ukrainian office of DTZ has acted as exclusive agent and adviser to the seller. The parties agreed not to disclose the sum of the deal.
